Sisters Kerry and Vicky, along with Vicky’s son Richard, bring extensive recruitment expertise, having been in business since 1999. Family is central to their lives—Kerry and Vicky each have three grown-up children and grandchildren they cherish spending time with, while Richard, a proud father of two, enjoys creating memorable experiences through family days out.

In addition to Green Bee Recruitment, Kerry and Vicky also own and manage Fairytales Nursery in Great Barr, Early Steps Dudley in Gornal Wood, and Tipton Toddlers Day Nursery.
