  • Salary: £25k per year plus tips
  • Limited to 48 hour week, with overtime on offer
  • Worcester area

Role of Commis Chef

  •  To work as a Commis or Sous Chef with fresh ingredients, serving delicious food and being a part of the enthusiastic working environment at this Worcester Venue

Responsibilities of Commis Chef

  • Prep to a high standard in line, consistent with a good skill level
  • Running the sandwich and sweet pass during service and potentially aiding on the starter and mains pass on garnish
  • Maintaining stock levels as instructed by the head chef
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area throughout the day
  • Helping the more senior chefs with their workload and prep throughout the day

Results, working as a Commis Chef (Expected Accomplishments)

Experience

  • Previous experience in similar job roles as either a Commis Chef, chef de partie or Sous Chef
